RATES

In the following section, you will find all the necessary information concerning our rates.  You will have access to the cost of all the UTCC 2021 races

Cost of races:

Note that all taxes are included in the prices shown. Note that registration for 2,8 km and 5,3 km runs is free for youth 17 and under. Please select the 17 and under registration on when registering.

This safety measure is added to maximize your security because the altitude of the mountains greatly influences the climate.  Thus, wind, rain, hail and snow are all elements that can occur on very short notice and, when mixed with technical trails in back country far from roads and where even off-terrain vehicles don’t have access, searches can become long and difficult for the first aid responder.  Then, to help us in our search, in the event of an accident in the vast territory of this remote area, we have decided to equip ourselves with a tracking system.

New cancellation policy UTCC 2021 - Covid-19

In the event of cancellation of our event scheduled for 2021, if it is directly related to the pandemic, i.e. COVID-19, which would prevent us from holding the event on the planned date or on a date postponed later during the year 2021, participants would have 30 days to make their choice among those proposed below. A form would then be sent to you by newsletter.

The following choices will be offered:

1 - I want to donate my registration to UTCC (100%, 75%, 50%, 25%);

2 - I want to get a refund (100% of the registration fees less the platform fees (Njuko), credit cards and associated taxes);

3 - I want to postpone my registration to the 2022 edition.

This policy also applies to registrants for the 2020 event who have been automatically transferred to 2021. These participants cannot request a refund or transfer if the UTCC 2021 edition is not canceled.

The daily $8,90 Sepaq access pass to the park is included in your registration fee.

These expenses are paid exclusively for the day of your racing event with your bib as proof. Parking is free of charge.

It is compulsory for any accompanying person to have his / /her access pass to the park.  For information or to purchase the pass, consult https://www.sepaq.com/pq/tarification-parcs-nationaux.dot
