REGISTRATION DISCOUNT

  • Applicable on registration the following year only, unless volunteer hours were completed prior to August 4, 2024.

  • Each volunteer is responsible for checking in at the beginning and end of their volunteer shift so that actual hours are counted. If not registered, the minimum threshold will apply (3 hours).

  • An email will be sent to volunteers following the event. Volunteers will have to respond to this email to claim their discount. A personalized code will then be sent to them.

  • No bibs reserved. First come, first served.

MEAL DURING THE INVOLVEMENT

  • Lunch and/or dinner provided Friday through Sunday during volunteer shifts longer than 4 hours.

  • Coupons will be given to volunteers so that they can get their meal.

  • Coffee and snacks will be available for all from Friday afternoon to Sunday at noon.

  • For the aid station teams who will be on duty for a very long period of time, we recommend to bring additional snacks.

LODGING

  • Volunteers working more than 13 hours will be able to sleep on site at the Albert Campground.

  • In order to maximize the available space, only tents and camper-vans will be allowed. No RV' s permitted.

  • The teams of the aid stations will be sleeping at the shelter where they have been assigned.

SOUVENIR T-SHIRT

  • A souvenir t-shirt will be given to each volunteer who completes more than 7 hours of volunteer work.

  • The shirt will be given to the volunteer at the end of his/her involvement when he/she comes to confirm his/her actual hours of involvement.

  • Please note that registrations received after July 15th will not be counted in the order, which means that you may receive a larger size shirt than the one you requested.
