REGISTRATION MODIFICATION policy

All registration modification requests must be sent by email to the following address:  inscriptions@utchicchocs.com

In order to ensure optimal follow-up of the all inquiries, no requests made via our social media platforms will be processed.

RACE MODIFICATION

All race modification inquiries must be submitted 10 days prior to the event.

​

1.  Email inscriptions@utchicchocs.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Transaction number (registration confirmation email)

  • Racee you are currently registered

  • Race you wish to register​

​​

2.  Fill out the form that will be sent to you by our team.

​

3.  Fees (taxes included):

  • Shorter distance : $ 15

  • Longer distance : difference between the 2 races + $ 10 

​

Important: A change race is possible only if there are still bibs available.

BIB TRANSFER

All requests for bib transfers must be submitted 10 days prior to the event.

 

1.  Email inscriptions@utchicchocs.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Transaction number (registration confirmation email)

  • Full name of the individual to whom you are transferring your bib

  • Email address of the individual to whom you are transferring your bib ​

2.  An email will be sent to you and the individual to whom you are transferring your bib

​

3.  The new participant will have to fill out the registration form that will be sent by our team.

​

4.  Fees (taxes included):  $ 15 

​

Please note that it is possible for the new participant to change distance if there are still bibs available. To do so, please refer to the race change procedure. Fees apply.

REFUND

To obtain a refund, please send an email to inscriptions@utchicchocs.com with the following informations:

​

  • Full name

  • Transaction number (registration confirmation email)

 

Please note that SportChrono platform fees, credit card fees and associated taxes are not refundable.

REGISTRATION DEFERRAL

No registration will be deferred to the next edition.

CANCELLATION

In the event of the cancellation of the entire event seven (7) days or more prior to the start date, the participant may request a refund within ten (10) days of the cancellation announcement. 

​

Participants will have 3 options:

  1. Donate the value of their registration: 100%, 75%, 50% or 25%.

  2. Obtain a 100% refund. Please note that platform fees, credit card fees and associated taxes will not be refunded.

  3. Postpone their registration to the next edition.

​

If the event is cancelled after it has begun, no refund will be made.
